Why wont audible manager see my devices!!!?
Audible.com audible manager. ever since i got my new computer i can not connect any devices to download books. I have a philips gogear, and a trekstor and it just keeps telling me i dont have it plugged in. tried the obvious. who has a solution to this problem? talked to them today. not pleased with the answer. I bought two mp3 players, a Trexstor and a Philips and neither one are "compatible". I think they are slacking in their technical department and i emailed them a piece of my thoughts. they are making a ton of cash!!! why cant they stay up to date with the new players. its their business and if they want it to continue to grow, then they must grow with it. arrrggg!!

If computer is not seeing devices update your USB drivers.
